Me and Riley got married the end of May and went on a cruise for our honeymoon to Alaska. It was the best vacation ever. We loved Alaska and all the unreal beauty of the land. After our honeymoon and reception, we headed back to hawaii to work and finish up Riley's schooling.
We moved into the temple view apartments (TVA) in Laie. They are located next to the beautiful temple and campus. We have the cutest little place and really love it. It's so much fun playing house and living together. I love sleepovers all the time and trying to bake and cook things up and play wife. I have no idea what my cooking and baking taste like, but Riley tries everything and we have only had to throw away one dish that didn't quite turn out right. . .
Riley has been doing summer sales. He goes door to door around the Island selling pest control. It's pretty long hours and hot days but he's pretty good at it so it hasn't been all that bad and is almost over. I'm working too and really love my job. I work with an organization called North Shore Mental Health and have two autistic boys I hangout with full time. It's fun, I super enjoy my job.
In our free time we have been going on lots of hikes around the Island and even skinny-dipped in a waterfall that nobody hikes too. I love married life and my hubby. We also have loved body surfing at hukilau beach, snorkeling sharks cove, running, yoga, getting pad thai, watching movies at night and fooling around. It's been a great summer and we are so grateful to live in hawaii and for all the blessings we have.
