After a good night’s sleep in a cozy Airbnb, the weather calmed and we ventured off to explore Norway more.
We decided to start the day with some famous cinnamon buns (almost as good as Papa Moncurs!), then spent some time exploring the tiny town of Å, the last village at the end of the Lofoten Islands. This little town was so charming it felt like we were walking in a postcard most the day.
Later, we fit in a hike with just a little rain and wet feet and beautiful views. One highlight was seeing both the boys hike so good and have fun with it too, so that was a pleasant surprise and really cool to see them hiking and passing so many people on trail. Meanwhile, dad and Lucy took up the rear with Lucy serenading everyone who would listen with Frozen songs.
